Sarah is an Eastern Washington native who has recently moved back to Bellingham after traveling the world and living mostly in Portland, Oregon. She is a cosmetology graduate of the Aveda Institute NYC. She has worked in Portland at an Aveda salon doing nails as well as hair. She also spent a few years back in her hometown of Winthrop running her own salon.

Sarah has two career callings in life. While working as a cosmetologist, she went back to school at CWU Ellensburg for her teaching degree. She works part time subbing in the Bellingham School District and part time with us at Sandalwood pampering her guests.

Sarah is very excited to have Aveda back in her life and happy to be apart of the Sandalwood family. Aveda’s products and company are what inspired her to go to Cosmetology school in the first place!
