***UPDATE May 2023***  Masks are no longer required for any services at Sandalwood. We will continue monitor the community levels both with the CDC Community levels tool and data from our local and state health departments and make adjustments as needed.

If you are experiencing any cold or flu symptoms please reschedule your appointment.  If you are experiencing allergies that mimic cold or flu symptoms, we reserve the right to require that you wear a mask as added insurance. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask please feel free to continue to do so and know that our policy is for our staff to also wear a mask when working with you. Also know that we have advanced air filtration proven to destroy COVID-19, and an exhaust system refreshing the air 24/7. When wearing a mask for hair services, you’ll need one that hooks behind the ears. If you are getting color, we recommend a disposable mask or one you don’t mind possibly getting stained.

A link to our online service consultation forms will be sent via email to guests prior to their appointment to optimize time at appointments. They are also available HERE.

Our waiting area is available but if you would prefer to wait in your car please send us a text or call (360) 647-5046. We will then notify you when your service provider is ready for you.

We will be providing a fresh smock or cape and towels for all guests receiving hair services as well as fresh sheets, towels and blankets for spa services.

All service areas and tools are sanitized between every guest with the addition of common areas being regularly sanitized throughout the day.
