Julianne Marx – Stylist

Julianne is a Seattle native with a background in Music, Dance and Art. Drawing from her core of creative expression and inspiration, Julianne naturally gravitated towards a career in hairstyling and makeup artistry.  Staying true to herself she pursued her education in the field of beauty in 1991 at the Gene Juarez academy of beauty and furthering her knowledge at the Gene Juarez advanced training center specializing in hair coloring techniques.  ”I really enjoy the learning process which made hairdressing a great career choice for me. With many opportunities for advanced training offered through AVEDA as well as industry trade shows and local suppliers, plus the ever changing three dimensional and sensory world we live in provides a perfect backdrop for my chosen career.”

Julianne creates looks that work for her clients face , body shape and lifestyle. With a strong attention to detail she holds a gift for designing fashionable yet easy-to-manage styles. When Julianne is not busy making her clients beautiful she enjoys spending time with her husband Joe, their two kids, cooking , music, singing, reading, movies, art projects , biking and hiking.
